Warranty
Standard
ICF Corporation is committed to producing the highest quality
products and warrants their products against substandard materials
and manufacturing defects that do not conform to their own published
specifications. The discovery of any product defects should
be brought to the immediate attention of our business office
by calling 800-424-9255. Standard ICF Corporation assumes no
responsibility for product or system performance once they have
been installed. (See Reimbursement)
Documenting and Reimbursement of
Defective Products
Purchase
a disposable camera and take pictures of the product defects.
Send the undeveloped camera to Standard ICF Business Office,
424 2nd Avenue, Oronoco, MN 55960. Standard ICF Corporation
will process the film and provide your company with copies of
the photographs along with reimbursement for the cost of the
camera and the defective products when appropriate. (See Warranty)

All printed and electronically available
material created, produced, and/or published by Standard ICF
Corporation are protected by U.S. Copyright laws. Anyone copying
or distributing such materials without the consent of Standard
ICF Corporation will be in violation of the law. Any person
or organization may copy, use, and distribute all or part
of said materials for the sole purposes of sale, installation,
promotion, distribution, and marketing of Standard ICF Corporation's
products only. Any questions concerning
use of said materials should be directed to Standard ICF Corporation
by calling 800-424-9255.
Technical Assistance
We offer on-site installation assistance, on-site training, and consulting services at $300 per day plus expenses (travel, transportation, lodging, and meals). The need and duration for such service depends solely on the needs of the customer and can be a very good investment.
Payments
Published prices are discounted for cash payment. Master Card, VISA, Discover,
American Express or advanced payment with certified bank check.
· For credit card sales, add 3%. Company checks are accepted
but product shipment will not occur until the check has cleared.
Wire transfers are a quick and convenient method of payment.
Some restrictions may apply.
Price Changes
Prices
are subject to change and may be adjusted (up or down) on January
15th of each year to correspond with manufacturing costs.
Price Guarantee
Standard ICF Corporation will make every possible effort to maintain our prices for one year. Our pricing calendar year runs from January 15th to January 14th of the following year. Exceptions to this may result from Force Majeur which includes the influences of war, national and world economic instability, catastrophic natural disaster, the failure of third parties, and other events that are clearly outside of our control. Regular price adjustments (up or down) will occur on January 14th of each year to correspond with changes in manufacturing costs.

Additional
Manufacturing facilities are currently being planned throughout
the US. All freight
costs quoted in advance to a specific location & mileage,
$250 minimum. Freight rates may vary with freight companies
and fluctuating fuel surcharge. All additional drops and driver
unloading assistance subject to additional charges.
Delivery
Under normal conditions, allow 7-14
days lead time for the delivery of all orders. Deliveries
are made by covered 18-wheel, 53 ft tractor-trailer. Adequate
parking and turnaround space are required at delivery location.
Receiving customer is responsible for unloading all deliveries,
which requires 4 people. Full size pallets are bulky and weigh
140 to 150 pounds.
Do not expect the driver to help
unload material. Any changes in the delivery schedule, additional
drops, and/or driver unloading assistance will be subject
to additional charges. See loads and packaging below. Loads and Packaging
